In preparation for the sale, the oil and filter was changed.

Mechanically in excellent shape, needing nothing. We inspected the CR-V and are extremely confident in the car. The tires are in good shape and are at 50 percent tread life remaining. The brakes are in good shape, with the fronts at 70 percent pad life remaining, and the rears at 80 percent pad life remaining. The alignment is straight and the suspension is tight with no weird sounds or concerns. The motor feels good with no hesitations or ticks. The AWD system is in full operation. All of the mechanicals and electronic components were tested, including the heat and AC. Overall an excellent car with a ton of life left.
Cosmetically in excellent shape with no dings, dents or damage to the exterior. The car was kept in the garage its entire life, and it shows. No rust on the body and the undercarriage is in very good condition with pictures provided. The windshield is free of any chips or cracks. The interior is in great shape with no rips or tears in any of the leather or carpet. The car was a lifetime non smoker and doesn't have any weird smells inside.
Included is 1 smart key, weather mats, and 1 long range remote start fob.
