Only $150 - brand new OEM Genuine BMW e46 thermostat W/housing will fit all (2000-2005) M52 and M54 engine - BMW.

Purchased it new (Special Order) from Motorwerks BMW in Bloomington for $169 + taxes = $181. Unfortunately, I sold my beloved 2005 BMW 330 Ci before the part arrived.

Installing OEM genuine BMW part is the right way to address the e46 BMW overheating problem, because the BMW e46 has AN ELECTRONIC THERMOSTAT, but the Chinese aftermarket thermostat is a pile of JUNK and will not work. New BMW is garbage and the legendary E46 is the best analog car BMW ever built!
