There are a few stains and wrinkles but no torn or missing pages of this iconic cookbook published in 1992 of Selected Health Recipes from the Saturday Evening Post Society edited by Cory Ser Vaas, MD and Charlotte Turgeon. The cover is the famous Norman Rockwell cover of a little old lady and the local butcher weighing the chicken she was purchasing with his finger on the scale pushing down and hers under the scale pushing up. There are 111 pages of recipes and information that will keep you engrossed for hours reading it all. The paperback cover is timeworn but intact. I found several other postings online with prices ranging from $9 to $15.
