It could use a new running belt as the belt is about 5 years old and has likely stretched a bit. I checked Amazon and a new running belt runs about $100. I haven't used it in about year but it worked fine the last time I did.
Please email if you are interested and we can make arrangements to pick up. I can help you load it but it is pretty heavy, going to take 2 people to unload.
