Toyhauler. Galvanized GS frame. 90" sidewalls. Arctic package (spray foam insulation). 16' awning. AC, Furnace. Galvanized sure step. B&B propane enclosure. High flow propane regulator and braided lines. 3 burner cooktop,stove, microwave, sink. Toilet in the V. 80" couch (folds into a bed) fold down bed above couch. Electric lift bed in back. Dinette on castle winch electric lift for converting dinette into bed (installed for easy removal to use toyhauler). 9 fishing holes. Comes with Burtec insulated wheel skirts, crank covers, pole tongue adapter for wdh, extra set of cables, IC nuts drill adapter for lifting the house, and a few furnace parts. Has 4 years left of warranty (transferable to new owner). I am sure I am missing something so feel free to ask any questions. Everything works as it should only reason for selling is a growing family and went with a bigger shack. Title in Hand.
