Looking for one guy maybe even a second part-time guy who is very good and detailed and meticulous, but will be open to constructive criticism daily till I make them one of the best at what they do. Preferably not towards the end of their career for it is hard for me to change old habits and teach new tricks. Also, I would prefer to 1099 you so if needed, we could work out details on helping you get set up with an LLC to make that happen. My last guy of eight years had his own company but was sick of always having to line up work and stay busy all year so he found he made more money working for me full-time and doing his own side jobs on the nights and weekends when he wanted. Most jobs are within 20 to 30 minutes of the Twin Cities area. I live in the White Bear Lake area.
