Lowrance fish finder with GPS Lowrance mapping. This unit features an internal GPS antenna with an external antenna port. The mapping function will track your trail as well as save waypoints on fishing locations or other areas of interest. The sonar is only a downscan image and does not have typical 2D sonar. The downscan images are sharp and are highly accurate at detecting bottom conditions such as weed edges, trees, cribs, rocks, and other bottom make-up.

The unit comes with a combined power and transducer cord. Since I removed this off of my boat some additional wiring accessories will be needed, but all of the unit's accessories are included. The transduce comes with the necessary mounting hardware and is attached to an approximate 20 foot length of transducer cord. The power chord is approximately 5 feet in length and would require the addition of a fuse.

I primarily used the unit as a downscan screen and did not use the mapping function, however, it does work as long as the internal antenna has a clear line of sight (won't connect if indoors) and will accept a Navionics chip for more up to date lake mapping. The unit has a 5 inch diagonal screen and also comes with the original mounting base which swivels and has adjustable angle.

The overall head dimensions are 5.5 tall, 7 inches wide, and approximately 2 inches deep. The original operation manual is included to get you started. This would make a great unit for a kayak, small boat, or just an additional screen at the bow. I have upgraded my units and no longer have a need for this one. New similar units will cost you between $300 and $400 dollars, this is a great unit to get into the mapping and downscan technology at a much better price.
