Note: Mileage is 53,000. This is a FRED (Front Engine Diesel) called a PULLER DIESEL - Most buses have a similar configuration. It is a little lighter than other coaches its size. Front engine gives more stability with weight better distributed. Seems better in windy conditions. Also gets better fuel economy: 7-10 MPG. On our last trip from Texas - 2200 miles - we averaged 7 pulling a flat tow Ford Ranger Pickup. We have no problems going up hills with the diesel engine. Going 2200 miles back to Texas this month we averaged 8.6 pulling a 5X8 Trailer. Diesel Engines are long lasting and this has been excellent mechanically. Without a tow it can get 8 - 10 depending on speed and terrain and how heavy you load it. Some ask if it is noisier? It is about the same or slightly less than a diesel pickup. It is well insulated and probably quieter than a gas engine. We listen to audio CD's and have no problems carrying on conversations. My husband drove a school bus for many years and really likes this configuration.

Serviced Yearly and DOT inspected. Mechanically Sound. (My husband was an administrator at a school with 3 buses and is very safety conscious. He put himself through school as a remodel contractor). This year we replaced Water Pump, had the generator serviced. Washed & Waxed. Also comes with Wheel Covers; Barbeque that attaches to Coach.
