ISO Cottage / House for Rent – Marine, Stillwater, Afton, Scandia, Bayport (Marine On Saint Croix, Afton, Bayport, Scandia, Stillwater)

Here’s what I’m hoping to find:
* A cabin, cottage, or house (no apartments, duplexes, townhomes, or rooms for rent)
* An attached/detached garage or carport (or the ability to add one)
* A yard or open outdoor space
* A quiet, peaceful, natural setting (e.g., wooded, view of water, etc.)
* A small surrounding community that values connection and integrity. I greatly value meaningful, interpersonal connection.
Preferably, I’m looking for a home with 2 bedrooms and 1.5-2 baths but am flexible on this. A year-long lease would be great, as well, but I’m also open to possibilities in this regard. Ultimately, what matters most is listed above and finding the right mutual fit, something that feels good and aligned for both parties. I’m ready to move quickly once that happens.
