As we rebuild with intention, we’re seeking a capable and committed Assistant Office Manager to help us create order, support growth, and bring professionalism to our daily operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting the Office Manager and leadership team with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
Managing vendor relationships, supply orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Assisting with hiring logistics, onboarding, and HR documentation
Helping refine workflows and build systems that support long-term growth
Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external communications
