Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a full-time Millwork Door Picker & Forklift Operator.

• Picking door orders from a pick ticket
• Wrapping, bundling, and/or loading material properly to be shipped or delivered
• Managing orders to be completed in full and on time
• Using a scan gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locations
• Inspecting all material for quality
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Having constant communication with upper management on progress with work orders
• Work together with a team of individuals to reach the common goal of 100% on-time delivery to the customer
• Picking material by hand and using a stand/sit forklift
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds comfortably
• Candidate must have a good work history
• Self-motivated, self-directed team player and team builder
• Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have good communication skills (verbal and written), and be detail oriented
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexible in working overtime when necessary
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (this is a safety-sensitive position)

• $22/hr-2nd shift
