What You’ll Be Doing
Think of it as framing under a roof:
• Building walls, floors, trusses, stairs
• Using nail guns, saws, tape measures, and hand tools
• Working on your feet in a team-based production environment
• Following drawings and instructions
If you can read a tape measure and are willing to learn, we can train you.
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable attendance
• Willingness to work in a production setting
• Ability to use basic tools (or learn quickly)
• Framing or construction experience is a plus—but not required
Pay & Schedule
Starting at $18.00/hr (more with experience)
Night shift premium / differential (if applicable – we can tweak this)
Full-time, year-round work
Consistent overnight schedule
