The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for growing communities. We are hiring for the following position:
GENERAL LABOR - PRESTRESS - PLANT TEAM
• Location: Roberts, WI
• Starting pay: $21.00/Hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• We offer on-the-job training and skills and development opportunities

Job duties
Duties include steel fabrication, concrete placement, form set up/tear down, bed preparation, pulling strand, finishing (painting/grouting), yard product placement, performing general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, and other tasks as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience working with concrete and concrete related equipment is beneficial
• Able to withstand working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to bend and lift to 80 lbs. during a standard shift on a consistent basis
