Highly motivated, ready to work
Thrives in a production environment
Great attendance
Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
Can read a tape measure
Comfortable using a nail gun/saw (or willing to learn — we'll train you)
Able to lift up to 75 lbs
Follows instructions well
