Does not include items on or around except can include mattress (bought at $700 new ~one year ago) for $250 OBO, no sheets or pillows, which has always had a mattress protector. Can include desk mounted articulating arm light for extra fee - see other listing.

Some cosmetic markings from previous owner as seen in last three pictures. Desk pull out shelf for keyboard and mouse had peeling lamination so replaced with vinyl sheet.

Ladder has mount holes on right side but has hooks such that it can be moved to left, as seen in images.
