Horse property has served as boarding and training facility With rates at $300 pasture and training at $1000 per month. As renter of property you have potential to make this income by operating the horse facility!!

Great neighbors! Dogs allowed! Bring your horses, chickens, cows, goats, etc. but renter must be responsible and clean!

No smoking in the home. Renter must carry insurance. Must pass background check and proof of employment
