Single Loft Bed with Ladder integrated into leg and is 81" Long x 42" Wide = $300 - First picture. Third picture shows Spiral Staircase which is $220. ($50 additional for railing - its a little tricky) I also do storage steps for $170 and Deck Style steps starting at $120.

I have been building sturdy affordable LOFT Beds, BUNK Beds, and Steps as a hobby for over 9 years. I have good references from past clients if you'd like to see them.

I use 2x4 and 2x6 construction grade lumber, which is mostly Pine. I can customize to your specifications and will include supports and fasteners.

Typical Twin Bed sits about 57" off the ground (total height 75") and has railing (2x4) around 3 sides (4th side being against the wall) and has a ladder integrated into one of the legs.

I can build other sizes (Twin XL $320, Full $370 or Double, Queen $420, or King $540) and types (bunk beds) - let me know what you need and we'll figure something out.
