The vanity has been repaired and is in fair condition. It is made of ½ inch MDF with a solid oak front. Oak front shows some wear. Top is MDF with Formica. There is one small chip on one side, otherwise in great condition. Formica is easy to clean and long lasting. Color of the top is a pale yellow. White sink in included and is in excellent condition. Faucet is included and is in excellent condition. A new filter for sink may be helpful. Water flow if usable but would be improved with a new filter.

Dimensions: Cabinets are 31.5 inches higher not including the top, sink, or faucet.
Cabinets are 21.5 inches in depth
Sink cabinet is 30 inches wide.
Drawer cabinet is 15 inches wide.

Optional: The left side of the sink cabinet is exposed MDF. If desired a ¼ inch oak panel can be added for $15.
Optional: Curb-side delivery is available for $20 in the following counties. St Croix, Washington, Dakota, and Ramsey. We do NOT enter any residence of building. Someone MUST meet us at the curb.

Payment due at pick up of delivery.
