Tight on space but need a good working area? Check out this completely converted and freshly restored sewing cabinet that we have converted to an expandable desk. Check out the pictures and you will see how this works. The entire unit has been striped down and freshly painted with a durable milk paint that features a flip top to allow additional space when needed. Simply flip it closed when done for extra space in the room. The extended top has some swing out additional supports on the side that tuck away when not in use. I have built a sectioned drawer to allow for organized storage with plenty of space to store most anything. Comes with an attractive solid wood chair that includes the pillow for additional back support as well as a new seat cover. Great for the Dorm room, kids bedroom, family room or anywhere you need a space to study but have limited room available to do so.
