This is an XL light brown Lazy Boy lift chair. The fabric is in worn condition, but nothing unsightly. It does need a new hand set, which can be ordered from LB. Both motors work fine and are very powerful. All components/transformer/plug in cord are present and working, except for the handset.

The seat measures 25" wide at the back edge. The foot/leg support is 27" wide. It comes apart in two pieces for easy handling/moveability. Bring help and pull up to the back door. There are NO STEPS involved moving it out.
