This is a Big League pitch and bat arcade game by Chicago Coin from 1965. It is in amazing condition for it's age. I bought it from a guy who's brother had it in the family basement since the 1970's, and called it his baby.
Depending on what target the batted ball hits at the top of the playfield, you can get a single, double, triple, or home run. When hits are made, the backglass animates the runners running around the bases. If you miss the targets on the back (by hitting between them) you get an out. Three outs and its game over. I can share a video of it working if that is helpful.
It's in my garage so loading should be relatively easy. I
