Just testing the waters and debating whether or not to let go of these iconic clubs. I bought the irons new in 1991. After about 1995 they weren’t used and sat in my closet so they are in excellent condition. I always carried them so as not to let the clanging and banging of using a golf cart chip at them. They are extremely forgiving irons. They have stiff true temper shafts and “U” grooves to spin back the ball on the greens. They were designed as a competitor to the Ping Eye 2. I test a lot of clubs when purchasing and quickly and easily bought the 845s over any other at the time.
Several clubs I bought individually. I played by feel so anything that accentuated that was accepted into the set. I have a Cleveland classic persimmon driver, driving iron, and 64 degree loft wedge, as well as a bulls-eye putter. These clubs alone are valued at the selling price.
If you want just the irons, or putter or driver, etc I could consider selling individually.
