Akai SS-110 speakers, Alnico 10" woofer and Alnico 3.5" tweeter, 20 watts, 8 ohms. These early Akai speakers were often sold with vintage Akai reel to reel decks. They can be used as very efficient home speakers and be easily driven by small tube amps. They have a 1/4" input connection and can be buckled together for transport, with a handle. They are in nice well cared for original working condition. They sound very good, open, detailed, clear and very efficient. When buckled together they measure 20x20x16. They have the incomparable vintage Japanese Akai design, attention to detail, craftsmanship, parts quality and sound quality that only vintage components can offer.
