Exterior:
This has the common rust out issues on rocker panels, rear wheel wells and bed tail end that most GM trucks of this generation have. The bed surface is lined and in good shape. The supports between the inner and outer bed panels are rusted away so the tailgate and taillight mounts are compromised. See the picture of the taillight removed.
Paint peeling on the bottom door panels, but the bottom sills are solid
Mechanical:
Oil pressure gauge is non-functioning due to bad pressure sensor sending unit. It’s been this way for several years without any operational issues.
Check engine light is lit, determined to be O2 sensor alerts
Rock chip in windshield
Tires: Goodyear Eagle LS/2 – P275/65R20 – purchased in March 2024. They have about 10,000 miles on them.
TPS senders or sensors are not reading tire pressure, so that dash light is constantly on.
I am the second owner. I bought the truck in 2013 with 64,000 miles and have owned and used it as a personal vehicle since.
