Reportedly an old (1886) Rug Hooking Tool.

It is marked Jewel and is in very good condition. It is made of wood and metal. There is some wear to the floral design but the black painted wood is in great condition.

I have never used one but it appears to me to be intact.

It appears to be marked Patented Jan 29-86.

The measurements are approximately 10 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide.
