This 46’ x 15’ slip will accommodate a 49′ LOA vessel. We truly believe this is the best slip in the Marina. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the river and the Stillwater lift bridge, full runway into the channel ahead for easy pull in and out, close enough to both gates for easy walking but far enough away you don’t hear music from the shore. Mulberry replaced all docks with new Brazilian Ipe in 2018. We enjoyed the ability to walk to shopping, morning coffee, restaurants, and bars and storing bikes to ride the browns creek trail. Ownership includes free winter storage. Rental rates are approaching 7% of sale price with a typical waiting list, so also makes a nice investment.
