Fully outfitted NDK Romany fiberglass touring kayak with everything (might have missed something) you need to get on the water ASAP and start paddling. This was Nigel Dennis' first design of what is now considered the Romany Classic, made in Anglesey, Wales. I purchased this around 2002 and I believe I'm only the second owner. Always stored in a garage, this boat has been to Vancouver Island, B.C. (Tofino and Bamfield) as well as Apostles and the North Shore. Excellent handling and maneuverable in rough seas of the Pacific as well as inland paddling.

With 3 hatches and plenty of room on the deck this boat is perfect for carrying enough gear for overnighters. Best suited for someone in the 5-8" to 5-10" range with a medium build. Not designed for large paddlers. Also have Thule saddles for a rack if you're interested.

>Built in compass
>adjustable skeg
>3 hatches with covers

More stuff:
>wet suit
>2 spray skirts
>Bending Branches paddle with wrist lashes
>2 PFDs
>extra floatation bags
>bilge pump
>2 wheel kayak caddy

Over 20 years ago, Nigel Dennis Kayaks (NDK) was formed with the design of the Romany, since then a large range of kayaks have been designed and made in Anglesey North Wales UK under the direction of BCU Coach and world level expeditioner, Nigel Dennis. His boats are synonymous with British sea kayak design. The company is now called Sea Kayaking UK, (SKUK) but the Romany, Explorer and now Pilgrim remain the tried, tested and true favourites of many paddlers worldwide.
