22+ ft S2 sailboat. Roomy interior compared to most sloops of this size because of its flush deck design. Swing keel cranks up to allow you to enter shallow waters (2’). Sleeps 4(v-berth +2bunks), space for porta potty, stowable dining table, compass, depth meter, swim ladder, adjustable outboard mount, original mainsail, jib, genoa & gennaker in good condition. Main and jib halyards replaced 2019, Tandem axle trailer with tongue extension for shallow ramps. Small projects needed: Trailer missing 1 of 4 fenders, replace small bilge pump, crack in cabin entry cover will need repair, one window had cracked so it has a temp cover. Boat & trailer $900.
