Bike with 2 cycle motor - $200 (Amery WI)

This is a project that my son started but did not quite finish. The motor is brand new and the bike is used. There was a problem with the drive chain between the motor and rear wheel. I have all of the parts.
I am trying to make some room in my garage

Bike frame is 22in and wheels are 27in
