I have constructed a number of these children's Table sets over the years so I have it down. Size is perfect, use as a play table as 1/2 of the top is for chalk drawings and the other is magnetic. I have included a starter set of goodies as shown in the pictures. Place a tablecloth over the top and they have their own place to have lunch or eat those Holiday Meals. Closely look at the picture and you will see how well this piece has been constructed. This is a piece that will be passed on from generations in the future. The fancy art work on the back of the chair tops has been a real hit with every set. Includes the 4 chairs, the table and all the goodies shown in the pictures. It is likely to be a stay at home summer so give them a place to do crafts and artwork at place at their level.
