This is a 4 bed 2 bath 1,425sq ft apartment on the 2nd floor for $2000 a month.
They're not strict on rent being paid on the 1st, As long as it is paid by 11:59pm on the 5th, it is not late! As of the 6th there is a $50 late fee.
Move in is preferred for the beginning of November but can be sooner or maybe a little later.
Pets are not preferred but they do accept 1-2 of them, as almost everyone including us has them.
Every apartment gets their own free internet paid for in your rent.
A family or students (roommates) can live here.
