Wanted project car (Saint Paul)

I’m a high school student looking for a classic project car from 1974 or older. Budget is around $3000 so not expecting anything special. Doesn’t need to run just something mostly complete that I can fix up and learn on. I like muscle cars but really open to anything cool.
