The Opportunity
Trailer Technician II
As a Trailer Technician II, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our fleet and ensuring our trucks and trailers are road-ready.
• Location: Roseville, MN
• Hiring Range: $27.00 - $29.00/hr (commensurate with experience)
• Shift Available: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
As a Trailer Technician II, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, conduct detailed inspections, and use diagnostic tools and manuals to troubleshoot and fix trailer components.
You’ll collaborate with team members, maintain accurate service records, and ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards to keep our fleet in top condition and our drivers safe.

Knowledge and Skills to be Successful
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Trailer Maintenance
• Able to complete the advanced repair work independently
• Strong knowledge of braking systems, electrical wiring, suspensions, and trailer components
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues independently using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset, ensuring high-quality work that meets compliance standards
• A team-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
