Experienced contractor looking for notivated individuals interested in a 1099 pay structure. Project managers and sales teams get 3/50/50 pay structure.
We see the value in a strong team, so we are willing to start our pay structure higher than most of our competitors. 3% gets taken out for overhead and 50% of net profit goes to project manager/sales team.
Clear payout sheets will be provided along with the material pricing so there are no questions or concerns about the pay structure. Full transparency! I've seen too many sales and project managers get burned in the past and we're not willing to be part of that culture!
Fully insured and licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Strong subcontractor teams for our roofing, siding, and gutter projects.
Training provided as needed. Experience preferred but not necessary. Ready to start immediately or when you are ready!
