Artist Karen Scott designed this charming collector doll of a boy and his dog, and the classic Radio Flyer little red wagon.
Billy is in excellent condition. He wears a plaid shirt, denim blue jeans, faux leather boots, a ball cap, and freckles.
The metal wagon is well built and has good weight.
The black dog is plaster and has a few scuffs on the tips of the fur in some spots, and on the top of an ear. Easily disguised with black fill if desired.
All is packaged in the original interior and exterior boxes.
COA is included - Certificate of Authenticity.
