This Netgear brand CM1000 cable modem is in mint condition. It was online with Comcast/Xfinitiy an hour before I posted this ad. I only replaced it because I'm a techie and like to have the latest models every so often. This unit is selling on Amazon today for $199. NOTE: This is only a cable modem and does not provide WiFi. You will need to have a separate router or mesh WiFi system if you want wireless in your home.
BONUS: I just found this 5-port switch in my closet and will include it for free. It does not do WiFi, but it will let you split your wired connection to multiple devices.
