I provide residential and commercial appliance repair and installation services. I service all brands.

The trip and diagnostic fee is $75.00 residential per appliance. If a repair is warranted, the trip and diagnostic fee is applied to the total cost of your repair.
If multiple appliances in the same residence 75.00 for the 1st & 2nd diagnoses and 55.00 for each additional appliance after that.

* Water heater svc.: Is your pilot light going out or are you experiencing inconsistent water temperatures? Gas control and pilot light assembly may need to be replaced rather than buying new!

* Dryer vent cleaning from location of dryer to home exterior vent up to 33ft **! Clothes still damp or getting an error code and the dryer not finishing cycle, this very well could be a clogged dryer vent causing these issues!

* Central AC: I service central AC units ( I do not fill refrigerant ) maintenance, no window units, all electrical components, disassembly for deep coil clean, very common issue for poor airflow/cooling performance. ** I do not refill refrigerant **.

* Household Appliances:
Washing machines and dryers, gas and electric.
Refrigerators and freezers.
Vent hoods and above range microwaves.
Ovens and stoves/cooktops, gas and electric.
Dishwashers.
Garbage disposals.

Please be prepared to provide the following information when calling/texting:
* Appliance type and issue you are having
* Make & Model # ( can be given later if not available at time of consult )
* Location and residence type, house apt etc.
