I am looking for roommates/housemates to rent with starting in November.
Real quick, (so you know I am real person posting this): Ground rules to agree upon:
Be nice to our fellow housemates and landlord.
We clean up after ourselves and keep a clean house.
Upon renting together we should be honest about our personalities and boundaries. (I will go first) Me: "I am not a morning person and cannot formulate a sentence until after my first cup of coffee. Once I am awake, I love a good conversation and talking." To the point my friend said "Dude, you talk like a LOT."
We could be conversation besties. Ok, maybe that is a bit much to ask of fellow housemates.
What I would like to have:
A group of people that can happily and safely live together, respect each other's boundaries and be mindful of each other. In a perfect scenario, we can become friends and chat about work, life and hobbies.
With all that, you are probably wondering what I will do:
First I will follow all the ground rules I asked of you.
Second I will be working at least one job, maybe two at certain times.
I am returning to the Twin Cities after completing my Masters degree.
During the spring through fall I might be out of state for work.
My personality: easy going, easy to get along with, quiet until I have my coffee, I love my work and hobbies.
Some hobbies I have:
learning guitar, photography, automotive, reading and music, telling puns.
Neighborhoods that are some of my favorites and would like to rent:
Como
MacCalester-Groveland
Merriam Park
Union Park
South St. Anthony Park
South Como
Tangletown
Cathedral Hill
Summit Hill
If this sounds good to you and you think my personality and interests would work with you, please reach out to me and let's chat over Zoom! Please feel free to reach out!
