I bought this RV and lived in it this summer and have been fixing it up. Plans have changed so I need it sold. Previous owner was a mechanic so it runs great. He said he’d take it cross country no problem. I put on new front and outer rear tires. They have maybe 400 miles on them. Fred’s Tire did the install. Front breaks are in great shape. It’s my belief the rears are good too. Transmission works great, no issues. It starts and runs great. I was doing 75 on 94 and it purrs like a kitten. I installed a new rubber roof. I put down all new plywood along with styrofoam in between the 1x4 roof slats. I also rebuilt the cab over. I removed the large front window because the weatherstrip was shot. I removed the roof AC unit because I have a small window unit. I took out the roof vent for the fridge too because it’s no longer needed as I replaced the electric/propane operated fridge with a new plug in mini fridge. The window AC unit sits above the fridge. All the lights work. The factory generator was stolen but I have a generator I’d sell for an additional 150.00. Several ceiling panels were replaced. It had water damage so I removed the wet paneling. There was no mold anywhere. The stove works. The furnace and hot water work. The toilet, bath and kitchen sink work. Shower works. I put in new 3/4 plywood above the cabover for the sleeping area The outside of the cabover has been recovered. We had several torrential rains down here this summer and not one drop of water got inside. It’s got the 460ci. motor automatic with overdrive. It’s got 103,000 miles on the odometer. Both batteries are good. Stereo works fine. I have the AC unit still so it could be put back on the roof. The hole inside is exposed, just needs to be cut and it’ll drop right in. I tore out some of the seating because I was going to rebuild them or put in a full size couch. I have a thick queen size piece of foam. 3500.00 OBO
