I have a room opening up for lease takeover in my 2 bed, 2 bath Lowertown Saint Paul apartment, bedrooms across the living room from one another, available Dec 15th. $850/month. Water, heat, sewer, trash included. Internet is not included, about $40 for each of us; energy not included either, about $70 each depending on usage.
