There is room for a TWIN SIZE bed at the largest (NOT Full or Queen size).
We are located very close to many local businesses: Suds America Laundromat, two restaurants, Marshall Stop convenience store, city bus route #21. Light rail is ¾ mile away. Street parking.
The common areas: kitchen, bath, and hallway, are shared and maintained by the three tenants.
12 month lease. There is no application fee, but I do background checks at my expense. Your rental history is very important.
The rent and security deposit are each $530.00.
