**Realtors...don't waste my time or yours! And please no scammers, I am seasoned and will be able to read through the non-sense.
I am looking for a 1-4 unit on a contract for deed. I plan to live in the property. Any condition (just about) I will entertain. If the property needs work, I am fine with that; I am though sensitive to location.
I don't have a large amount of cash to put down but I will be able to cash you out on or before the contract ends. Preferably the 7 county metro area.
