I've got 2 decades of experience in this field, which includes being the lead either of other employees or as the sole person responsible for the department. I'm not necessarily looking to lead in my position though.
I'd like to find a clean environment. I can't do a place that manufactures metal, plastics, or anything that uses harsh chemicals, is dusty, etc. My shift is typically around 9-5 with some flexibility. I'm not interested in a place that employs racists (including toward Whites), or engages in other negative behavior.
In each position I found solutions that improved efficiency, which saved time and money. I guess they call that LEAN now. I've seen places that thought they were efficient but I found areas that could improve.
I have experience with SR software, such as Worldship, forklift and pallet jack experience, picking and packing, and so on. I prefer a position that entails multiple tasks, so a place that only wants me to do receiving, or pulling orders, isn't the place for me.
I can submit my resume with verifiable contact info. Due to scams on the net I keep my information private and to a minimum, but can provide the necessary details upon interview and job offer. Also, no IP or no compete contracts, arbitration policies, or anything similar. Thank you for your understanding.
