Pay: $26 the most common/hour + 60-day review with raise
We’re hiring a Dispatcher to help run daily operations for a fast-growing junk removal company (Leader in the industry). This is a key role that keeps our crews efficient, customers informed, and jobs on schedule. Must know the Twin Cities and have prior dispatch/operations experience.
What You’ll Do:
Assign crews based on job scope
Manage same-day add-ons and adjust schedules
Communicate with drivers and customers (ETAs, updates, issues)
Ensure crews are on time and jobs stay on track
Track crews in real-time using our software.
