River City Jazz Orchestra Big Band is seeking a pianist to join our group. Ability to read music and improvise is essential. We are a Community Band made up entirely of volunteer musicians ranging in age from 20s to 70s. We are a high energy big band playing everything from the Swing Era, Ellington, Basie, Kenton, Buddy Rich, Doc Severinsen, etc. up to and including very modern arrangements.
