Mint condition Michael Kelly 5 string acoustic electric bass with hard case. New price is $929 currently without a case. This is a barely used 5 string acoustic/electric bass with active Fishman pre-amp, equalizer, and tuner. It works perfectly and sounds great unplugged or amped. I bought it as a practice bass. I play 6 string bass and really prefer the 6th string; I just haven't used this enough to justify keeping it. This bass currently has the factory phosphor bronze strings that sound best when playing unplugged (but also have a very clean amped sound). I also have used flat wounds and round wounds on it and all sound great.
This is a great holiday gift for a bassist. There are no scratches or any damage. Currently is adjusted with medium-low action. Tuning and intonation are good. Can possibly deliver along I-35 corridor between Shoreview to Duluth/Grand Marais if timing is flexible. I travel that route every couple of weeks.
For sale or trade for a luxury yacht of far greater value.
