New Andersen series 400 Double Hung window. Clad black on the exterior pre-finished white. Unit size is 33 3/4” x 64 1/2”. I literally bought this at BMO and hour ago and just needed the transom part that was attached. Never installed, but you will need a top and bottom nailing flange as I needed it, but you can buy on Andersens website for $15. I just paid $340 after tax and buyers premium, and will sell for $100 just to get it out of the garage this weekend. Located near Kowalskis on Grand and can be picked up most any days. I also have a solid core 2-8 door for sale if anyone is interested for $75. No mortise or bore. Just had a dented corner and Siwek would not take it back. Thx!
