I'm looking for someone to finish the final grade around my newly built garage. The original grade from the concrete form work is still in place right now and its actually a negative grade and I need to get it fixed before winter. The drainage is awful right now.
As you can see in my images I'm looking to get the perimeter of the garage filled in with something, dirt, sand, rock? What would you recommend?
Whatever option is cheaper but still allows proper drainage of rain away from the garage. I do not need black dirt for grass around the garage. unless its cheapest. What would you recommend?
The garage is 30' x 28' the area to be filled is a negative sloped area roughly 7" x 2-3' (see the images with tape measure)
Behind the garage is a shed which provides limited access. Also between our neighbors garage and ours.
I'm looking for a quote for the following then:
1. material brought in (maybe you have a trailer to reduce cost on having a big truck drop some off?)
2. material spread out around the perimeter of the garage to establish a slope away from the garage.
3. apron between driveway and garage filled with some kind of rock (not doing a concrete apron)
4. compact all of the material down
5. clean up
