In new one bedroom, which is halfway organized and using chore services for big things. Pay would be consistently every two week through Sr. Program that I belong to. Salary and hours are flexible, but must be consistent. Making meals not included, but laundry is. I have a disability that affects my balance. Person must be able to get on a step ladder. Some errands will be involved or taking me to appointments, so person must have a car. There will be a background check. Person must be experienced, have a good sense of humor and not get freaked out by spots of four letter words in my language. I deal with lots of tech problems and am working on a doctorate. I need help to finish organizing this place. Past homemaker was with me for years, but had a family emergency and also has decided to go back to school. *I have two cats, and I am still looking!
