Very soft, very comfortable, makes a great guest couch for sleeping. Would be great for someone who hosts and has friends who sleepover often.
Has small visible spots, one small tear on cushion seam, and very light scratches from a cat on one side, one of the back supports collapsed years ago, we stuck an old throw pillow in there and it’s been fine since (throw pillow will go with it). We used a couch cover on it in recent years because we changed the color scheme and it looked like a brand new couch.
Back cushions are removable making more room for sleeping. Seat cushions are also removable. Overall in great shape, just remodeling and downsizing to smaller furniture.
You would need to bring a vehicle to haul it and someone to help lift it. Located near Wheelock and Arcade Street in Saint Paul.
